1. Using ToddlerKeys
ToddlerKeys is free to use with no account required. It works on any device with a physical keyboard. You may use it for personal, educational, or classroom purposes without restriction. No sign-up, no subscription, no payment — just open and play.
2. What we collect
Nothing. ToddlerKeys has no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies. The only data stored is in your browser's localStorage: the selected game mode, an optional child's name, and sound preference. This data lives entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
3. COPPA compliance
ToddlerKeys is designed for children under 13. We collect no personal information from anyone. Because we collect nothing, we are COPPA compliant not just by policy but by design. Parents and teachers can use ToddlerKeys with full confidence that no data about their children is being gathered, stored, or transmitted.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on ToddlerKeys is © ToddlerKeys / Pineapple Studios. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any part of the application or its assets without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
ToddlerKeys is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the application is at your own risk.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ToddlerKeys after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Because we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect everyday use.
